This panel answers the six questions people ask first. The full terms, including the guarantee terms for a sitting, are set out below in one reading column, with no side navigation — this panel is the navigation.

01

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Tipunaqe, trading as Tipuna Studio, a one-photographer portrait and location studio at 127 Cedar Court, Austin, Texas 78904, United States. Every sitting booked through this site, and every page of it, is operated by that same studio — there is no second business, no agency and no marketplace standing between you and the person who photographs you.

02

What this site provides, and what it does not

This site describes three sittings — personal portrait sessions, business portrait sessions and location series — and lets you send an inquiry about one of them through the form on this site or the contact page. It also runs a configurator that estimates a frame count and a delivery window from choices you make, and a chat widget for questions before you book.

It does not run a booking calendar, does not take a deposit online, and does not issue an invoice from a page. A date only becomes a booking once Tipuna Studio replies to your inquiry directly, by phone or by email, and confirms it. The studio also will not shoot a wedding with more than sixty guests and will not offer same-day turnaround; past sixty guests the day becomes logistics rather than portraits, and that is a limit stated here, not negotiated per inquiry.

03

Nothing is sold on this site

No form on tipunaqe.com takes a payment, a card number or a deposit. Every figure you see — a frame-count range from the configurator, a delivery-day estimate, a price basis on a service page — is an estimate for planning, not a binding quote. An inquiry becomes an order only once the studio has replied with a specific fee and date and you have confirmed it back, by phone or email; nothing before that point obliges either side to anything.

04

How a fee is set

Fees are quoted in US dollars. A personal portrait sitting is a flat fee per 90-minute session, confirmed by inquiry. A business portrait sitting is a flat fee per half-day, scaled to how many people are being photographed, up to eight. A location series is a flat fee per sitting, with travel beyond Austin scoped separately once the location is known. A fee changes only if the scope changes after it is confirmed — more people added to a business sitting, a location further from Austin than first described, or a printed set added after the gallery is already agreed. None of this is billed automatically; every change is discussed and confirmed before it applies.

05

What you may not do here

Do not submit false contact details to the inquiry form, attempt to scrape or resell the content of this site, or use the chat widget to send anything abusive, unlawful, or aimed at circumventing the honeypot fields built into the form. Do not use a photograph published on this site — a case study, a portfolio frame — as your own work. Repeated abuse of the chat widget or the form is grounds for the studio declining to reply or to book.

06

Who owns what is on this page

Every photograph, case study, line of copy and the Tipuna Studio wordmark and stamp mark on this site belong to Tipunaqe. A finished gallery delivered to a client after a sitting is licensed for that client's personal or business use as agreed at booking; it is not licensed for stock, resale, or use in someone else's advertising without separate written agreement.

07

What is provided as is

The configurator's frame-count range and delivery-day estimate are planning tools built from typical past sittings, not a guarantee for any specific date, light or subject. This site is provided as is, without a warranty that it will be free of every error or available without interruption. Weather, a venue's own rules, or a subject's availability on the day can all affect a sitting in ways no page on this site can promise around in advance.

08

The limit of liability

To the extent the law of Texas allows, Tipunaqe's liability for any claim arising from this site or a booked sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting. Tipunaqe is not liable for indirect losses — a missed event, a lost opportunity to use a photograph by a certain date — beyond that fee. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

09

When access can be withdrawn

Tipunaqe can decline to reply to an inquiry, decline to confirm a booking, or stop serving a request to this site, at its own discretion — most often where the form has been used abusively or where a request falls outside what the studio does, such as a wedding over sixty guests. Declining a booking before it is confirmed carries no fee either way.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or a booked sitting is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas.

11

How these terms change

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and the new version replaces the old one from that date forward. Anything already booked before a change stays governed by the terms in force on the date it was confirmed.

12

Questions about these terms

Write to Tipunaqe at 127 Cedar Court, Austin, Texas 78904, email office@tipunaqe.com, or call +1 (809) 555-7404.

13

When these terms took effect

These terms took effect on 7 September 2026. That date applies to every sitting confirmed from that date forward; a booking confirmed before it stays governed by whatever version of these terms was in force on the day it was confirmed.

14

The guarantee terms for a sitting

This section carries the one guarantee the studio makes: 35 to 45 finished frames from a 90-minute personal portrait sitting, delivered as a private online gallery within ten working days, or the equivalent scaled figure agreed for a business or location sitting at booking. "Confirmed" means the studio has replied with a specific date and fee and you have agreed to it; before that point either side can walk away without cost.

If the light is wrong on the day — flat overcast where directional window light was planned, or a storm through a scouted outdoor location — the sitting is rescheduled rather than shot and edited around the problem. Rescheduling for weather or light carries no fee and no loss of any deposit already paid. If Tipuna Studio itself has to cancel a confirmed sitting — illness, or an equipment failure that cannot be fixed before the call time — any deposit already paid is refunded in full; a client cancelling with less than 72 hours' notice may lose part of a paid deposit, applied at the studio's discretion and communicated at the time of booking.

The guarantee does not extend to unlimited revisions. The 35 to 45 frames are the studio's own selection and edit from the sitting; a client may ask for one round of reasonable adjustments to the chosen set, not a request to re-edit the full unselected take.
